Our excellent cognac, handcrafted at every stage, is a blend of almost every agricultural by-product.
It is a blend of almost all the sub-regions of the cognac appellation.
Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, Borderies, Fins Bois and the Bons Bois region. It was distilled in 25 Hl stills, and partially aged in "red" barrels in damp cellars.
