Tasting notes :

Colour : golden.

Nose : fresh, light, citrus notes.

Palate : notes of acacia honey and fresh fruits, with a nice touch of acidity.

Finish : very fresh.

Harvest : 2017.

Bottling : November 2024.

Ageing : 7 years in French oak barrels.
