The Colombard grape variety gives our Pineau des Charentes its acidic notes, for a balanced, delicate finish.
Tasting notes :
Colour : amber.
Nose : notes of candied fruits and honey.
On the palate : well-balanced, with notes of apricot and candied fruits.
Finish : a touch of acidity to give this very old Pineau des Charentes its energy.
Harvest : 2009.
Bottling : November 2024.
Limited edition to only 451 bottles !
Ageing : 15 years in French oak barrels.
Food pairing : aperitif, cheese.
