Nose : delicate with fruity and spicy notes.
Palate : complex, full-bodied, with notes of spices, vanilla, liquorice, walnut, almond and honey blending with subtle woody notes.
Finish : round and persistent.
Cru : Grande Champagne, 1st in the Cognac AOC. Clay-limestone terroir.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : 20 years in French oak cask.
