Cognac Le Roch XO Borderies
Amber color.
The nose is elegant, with fragrant notes of iris, exotic woods, and violet candy, which show that the cognacs used in this blend come from the clay-silica soil of the Borderies plateau.
The mouth is frank, mineral, with greedy and spicy aromas, candied fruits in the finish.
The first rancio expresses itself with delicacy.
