Tasting notes :
Colour : deep amber with coppery highlights.
Nose : the bouquet is rich and complex: dried fruit, noble rancio, beeswax, candied orange peel and hints of old wood. The whole reveals the generous and sunny signature of the terroir.
Palate : full-bodied and silky on the attack. The aromas evolve into walnut, fig, blond tobacco and vanilla.
Finish : persistent and harmonious, leaving an impression of candied fruit and sweet spices.
Cru : Fins Bois.
Ageing : 33 years in French oak barrels (Tronçais forest).
