Wrapped in a beautiful golden colour,

This Cognac reveals honey and tropical fruit aromas. This charming fruity nose is complemented by floral notes of jasmine and white flowers, and a hint of empyreumatic oak and toast.

The palate is unctuous and refined, the aromas revealing themselves as the wine is aired. Charming floral notes reappear in a mouth-watering combination of brown sugar and dried fruit.

A subtle mineral tension, characteristic of the chalky soils of Grande Champagne, accompanies a gourmet, peppery finish of vanilla and nutmeg.

A very fine eau-de-vie, slender and elegant.

Raymond Ragnaud has a unique collection of vintages from 1990 to 2006 without interruption. To preserve their authenticity, no caramel, wood or sugar is added. Only a slight reduction with distilled water is carried out, and there is no pressure filtration or chilling.

Like all Raymond Ragnaud Cognac, this 2006 vintage is made exclusively from grapes grown in the prestigious Grande Champagne cru, a sumptuous blend of eaux-de-vie from the 2006 harvest, a great vintage in the Cognac region.

The bottle format is fairly classic and faithful to tradition, while a fairly comprehensive label detailing the product will appeal to the most discerning connoisseurs.
