Yosu Liqueur has its origins in the passion and curiosity of two atypical characters in the world of spirits.

Param, an Indian living in Bombay, is an expert in the science of plants, drawing his inspiration from the ancestral customs of his country, and Alain, who lives in the south-west of France (Charente department), is a master distiller and blender.

Param and Alain tasting Yosu, as it exit the still; Once the quality of the distillate has been approved, Yosu Liqueur will be finally blended in oak barrels, providing its delicate amber colour.
