Tasting notes :

Nose : delicate, floral and fruity with a lovely freshness.

Serve as an aperitif or in a Negroni cocktail :

- 4 cl Altalia Gin
- 4 cl red Pineau des Charentes 
- 4 cl Vermouth
- 1 orange zest.

Linden blossom : short flowering season, only 10 days in June.

Dried and macerated linden blossoms.
