At the end of the distillation, the product is strong in alcohol, it should be reduced to 40 ° with the addition of water whose quality and purity will promote the preservation of the initial characteristics. For Ice One Baron, we have selected an extremely pure spring water, filtered naturally during a millenary process, by the sedimentary limestone layers of the “Grande Champagne” soils, in the heart of the Cognac region. We have reduced our “fresh” vodka, delicately and meticulously, in several stages, in order to respect the floral notes resulting from the formation of the esters.

The result of the distillation naturally contains “impurities” that have an impact on taste and smell. Filtration is not essential, but it still adds authenticity and quality to the final product. Repeating the process 5 times makes Ice One Baron one of the purest vodka on the market, round, elegant, rich and powerful.

At the tasting, the mouth is clean, straight with a lot of finesse, and a nice density on the finish.

The selection of high quality ingredients (French Wheat from the Beauce, Spring Water from Cognac area…) gives it an intense character and a perfect blend of suppleness and creaminess
