Description

Tasting notes :

Colour : golden with amber hues.

Nose : fine and harmonious, floral notes of jasmin, violet, iris, and fine notes of grape, vanilla and oak.

Palate : balanced, refined and supple,  spicy notes of licorice, butter, cashew nut and pepper.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Ageing : minimum 4 years old in French oak barrel in a humid cellar.
