Tasting notes :
Colour : golden, coppery, with amber highlights.
Nose : rich, elegant and complex, vine flower, candied fruit (prune, pear), warm pastry, as well as notes of licorice come together with vanilla, fig, melted oak and walnut.
Palate : balanced, long, round, notes of candied fruit (plum), spices, vanilla, chocolate, nut and mushroom.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : minimum 4 years old in French Limousin oak casks in humid cellar.
