Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : coppery, with amber hues.
Nose : elegant and complex, with candied fruit (prune) and warm pastries, whilst notes of liquorice mingle with vanilla, oak and nut.
Palate : balanced, long and round, with notes of candied fruit (plum), spices, vanilla, chocolate, nut and mushrooms.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : in French Limousin oak casks in humid cellar.
