XO Premium Cognac Bache Gabrielsen

This XO is a cognac with a great smoothness fruit of the harmonious blend of eaux-de-vie aged an average of twenty years in oak barrels. The scents of jasmine and iris perfectly match the fruity flavours of banana and plum as well as notes of toasted hazelnuts, candled fruits, almond and mocha. On the palate, the cognac is still lively despite its aged and reveals the famous and delicate rancio hints.

Alcohol Content : 40% vol.

Grape Varieties : Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche.

Growing Areas : Fins bois, Petite Champagne, Grande Champagne.

Colour : Amber.

Ageing : 10 to 30 years in Limousin oak casks.
