Hors d'Age Grande Champagne Cognac Bache Gabrielsen

The oldest elements of this pure Grande Champagne are from around 1917, while the youngest are from the 1960s.

This Cognac offers a rich and generous bouquet, beautifully balanced between fruit, flowers and spice notes from the wood.

On the palate, the attack is powerful and almost oily in consistency, a distinctive and unmistakable stamp of Grande Champagne, that also offers its famous finish in which cinnamon, nutmeg and red fruit come back in force for a long farewell.

Grapes: Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche.

Cru: Grande Champagne.

Color: Very dark amber.

Aging: 50 to 70 years in Limousin oak barrels.
