Nose : notes of hay and stewed fruit.
Palate : light and floral.
Finish : delicious notes of yellow fruit and acacia honey.
Grain : unpeated barley.
Ageing : initially aged in American oak Cognac barrels, then refined for several months in very old Pineau des Charentes barrels.
