Tasting notes :
Nose and palate : Well balanced, floral, notes of vanilla and new oak.
Ideal for preparation of original cocktails and taken as an aperitif.
Terroir : Chalky, thin soils, giving way to high limestone content from the surface down. Montmorillonite clay provides good structure and water reserve.
Age of vines : 3 to 80 years old.
Grape varieties : Ugni blanc and Colombard.
Ageing : blend of eaux-de-vie 5 years old in French oak from Limousin and Tronçais forests.
