Tasting notes :
On the nose : Delicate hints of fruits.
Palate : Notes of wood and toffee.
Finish : floral.
Terroir : Chalky, thin soils, giving way to high limestone content from the surface down. Montmorillonite clay provides good structure and water reserve.
Age of vines : 3 to 80 years old.
Grape varieties : Ugni blanc and Colombard.
Ageing : blend of eaux-de-vie 10 years old in young French oak barrels from Limousin and Tronçais forests.
To be enjoyed pure or with ice.
