Tasting notes :
Nose : delicious tropical aromas, mango, banana, strawberry jam, Bourbon vanilla and roasted pineapple.
Palate : rounded and smooth with subtle flavors.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Cru : Fins Bois. Limestone soil.
Harvest : 2002.
Ageing : in 350 L. French Limousin oak barrel during several years and a finish in 10 L. cask during several weeks.
Without sugar. Un-chillfiltered.
