Tasting notes :

Colour : consistent orange with flashes of rich amber.

Nose : notes of vanilla pods and orange zest, on a bed of soft spices and floral aromas.

Palate : “ample and unctuous”, with a robust structure and a light hint of woodiness; well-balanced.

Fresh long finish.

Cru : Borderies.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Distillation on lees.

Ageing : in French oak cask in dry cellar at the beginning, then in progressively damper cellars.
