Nose : fresh, light, citrus notes.
Palate : notes of acacia honey and fresh fruit, with a nice touch of acidity.
Finish : very nice freshness.
Harvest : 2018.
Bottling : October 2025.
Ageing : 7 years in French oak barrels.
Food pairing : aperitif, fruit salad.
