This product is the result of the blend of Cognac from Grande Champagne with Ugni blanc grape juice harvested on the family single estate.

Tasting notes :

Colour : pale yellow.

Nose and palate : fruity notes (peach, pear) and almond.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Ageing : in French oak barrels.

Serve chilled as an aperitif, or with cheese such as Comté or with dessert or in cocktail.
