Tasting notes : 

Nose : an enticing bouquet of exotic fruits and fresh cut flowers, revealing complex aromas.

Palate : a sumptuous cascade of flavours of flowers, white grapes, buttered caramel, walnuts and hazelnuts, which provide a supportive backdrop to the rich texture.

Finish : smooth and fruity.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Crus : Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois.

Ageing : a minimum of 10 years in French oak barrels, new at the start, then in older casks.
