Description
Tasting notes :
Nose : complex with rich notes of dried fruit, spices and vanilla.
Palate : balanced and rounded.
Finish : smooth and velvety.
Cru : Grande Champagne, 1st in the Cognac AOC. This is more than 13,200 hectares of vines dedicated to the production of white wines for the production of Cognac. The soils in the appellation area are typically clay-limestone. Double distillation produces fine eaux-de-vie with a predominantly floral bouquet. They reach full maturity after long ageing in oak barrels.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : minimum 30 years in French oak barrels.
