Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : golden yellow.
Nose : delicately enticed by a multitude of subtle floral notes. The presence of vine blossom notes pleasantly transports us to beautiful sunny days. Hawthorn blossom, white peach, citrus notes reminiscent of pink grapefruit and a hint of lemon bring fresh and tangy notes.
Palate : elegant and delicate.
Finish : very clean, with a lovely, lingering freshness.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : in old French Limousin oak casks.
This Cognac is excellent both as a digestif and as an aperitif. Whether served dry, chilled or on the rocks, it's also perfect for mixing cocktails.
