Tasting notes :

Colour : beautiful with amber highlights.

Nose : the delicate expression of floral notes leads you to more complex aromas of ripe fruit (apricot and nectarine) as well as subtle hints of vanilla. A mellow oak note makes a subtle appearance and delicately intertwines with delicious hints of gingerbread.

Palate : a balanced, clean and fresh expression of flavours. You'll appreciate the spicy notes with a very slightly peppery finish.

Finish : lovely length on the palate with a delicate hint of oak at the end of the tasting.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Ageing : in new French Limousin oak casks.
