Napoleon Grande Champagne Daniel Bouju Cognac

Tasting notes :

Colour : mahogany.

Nose : sweet and rich, unfolding a ballet of fragrances inspired by the many autumnal notes that this beautiful season has to offer. Notes of woodland undergrowth and mushrooms blend elegantly with hints of sherry and nut, complemented by a subtle touch of dark chocolate.

Palate : the richness and intensity of flavours, combined with a smooth, velvety texture, make this quality a truly surprising Cognac. A succession of dried nutty aromas blends perfectly with a subtle hint of prune, notes of roasted coffee, liquorice and Black Forest cake.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Ageing : in new French Limousin oak casks.
