TERROIR : GRANDE CHAMPAGNE

GRAPES : 100% UGNI BLANC

AGEING : 40 % vol. In new oak barrels of Limousin type Cognac the first years and then in old ones.

TASTING : Blend of cognacs aged between 15 to 25 years old. Beautiful bright orange colour.

Nose : This cognac seduces with its sweet notes and a beautiful aromatic complexity. Its bouquet offers subtle notes of undergrowth, then reveals notes of dried fruits, prune and vanilla.

Palate : Very gourmet on the palate, supple and elegant, this cognac offers a very nice length. On the finish appear discrete notes of leather and cigar box.
