Tasting notes :
Colour : gold amber.
Nose : seductive notes of cinnamon, cloves and black pepper.
Palate : a round, enveloping attack that evokes sensations of warmth and quickly gives way to an explosion of spices.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Cru : blend with Fins Bois.
Double distillation on lees.
Ageing : minimum 4 years in French oak barrels.
To serve on ice, with spicy curry cooking, Auvergne blue cheese, ginger cake or exotic fruits.
