Nose : Particularly delicate, with scents of vanilla and apricot, enveloped by fresh notes of passion fruit, orange zest and almond.
Palate : Vanilla melts into apricot flavours, underlined by hints of spice and ginger.
Style : Intense and persistent, the final touch to the perfect balance of this rare Cognac.
"An icon of the House style, Pale & Dry XO is made exclusively from Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, matured in ancient 350-litres Limousin oak casks in our centuries-old cellars on the banks of the Charente at Vinade in Jarnac. The gradual and meticulous reduction of the degree of Cognac to 42 % vol. allows us to achieve the perfect balance between power and natural sweetness, emblematic of Pale & Dry XO."
