Created in 1920 by Jacques and Robert Delamain, Pale & Dry XO is a direct reference to its diaphanous colour and lightness. This name embodies a strong commitment, unique in the XO category : to produce a Cognac with no added sugar or colouring, aged in old oak barrels and, as a result, lighter and much less marked on the palate by the wood.
