Grape varieties : Ugni blanc and Colombard.
Blend of fresh grape juice and old Cognac.
Ageing : in French oak barrels for several years.
Best enjoyed at a temperature of 5-8°C. It's ideal as an aperitif, in a cocktail, or served with foie gras.
