Tasting notes :

Palate : exceptionally sweet and smooth, it's deliciously soft with a full range of flavours, including hints of walnut, hazelnut and candied fruit.
Ageing : in French oak barrels.
Serve chilled as an aperitif, it's also perfect with foie gras, white meat, Roquefort cheese, and ice cream.
