Far from the huge volumes produced by commercial producers, the family has managed to preserve the identity of Pineau, created thanks to their genuine expertise.
Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : grenadine.
Nose : fresh, rich and fruity.
Palate : balanced, round, lovely freshness,
aromas of cherry and blueberry.
Grape variety : merlot.
Terroir : on shallow, sandy-clay soil,
the presence of limestone rock brings
freshness to the grape must.
Harvest early in the morning.
Ageing : 6 months in stainless steel
vat.
Serve chilled as an aperitif, with
melon.
