Tasting notes : 

Colour : mahogany.

Nose : rich and complex, with generous notes of candied fruit (orange peel), enhanced by intense spicy (cinnamon) and woody (vanilla) notes.

Palate : powerful, complex and generous.

Finish : excellent length on the palate with notes of rancio.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Crus : Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois.

Ageing : 30 to 50 years in French oak casks in a humid cellar. The oldest eaux-de-vie come from the Paradis cellar.

Silver medal in 2022 at the World Cognac Awards.

Best enjoyed neat as a digestif.
