Colour : bright golden yellow.

Nose : fruity and sweet, with notes of grapes, plum and honey.

Palate : smooth and well-balanced.

Ageing : for at least 18 months, including 12 months in French oak barrels in a humid cellar.

This is a blend of freshly pressed grape juice from the Cognac region and Cognac eaux-de-vie.

Enjoy neat as an aperitif, or with foie gras or a dessert.

Silver medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in 2010.
