Tasting notes :

Colour : bright red.

Nose : rich, with notes of red fruits (blackcurrant, raspberry).

Palate : smooth, fruity and mellow.

This is a blend of freshly pressed grape juice from the Cognac region and Cognac eaux-de-vie, aged in French oak barrels in a humid cellar.

Ageing : at least 12 months, including 8 months in oak barrels.

Best enjoyed neat as an aperitif or with a chocolate dessert.
