Palate : generous and smooth, with woody notes, orange blossom and gingerbread.
Finish : a marvellous, lingering finish.

Crus : Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fins Bois and Bons Bois.
Ageing : 10 to 40 years in French oak casks in a humid cellar.
