The colour is coppery.
The nose is fruity and complex.
Spicy and cocoa notes on the palate. It opens with intensely spicy notes of red fruits jam (strawberry, Morello cherry) and vanilla, evolving towards woody and chocolate notes.
Grape varieties : Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
Food pairing : chocolate dessert, vanilla ice cream, digestive.
