Description
Tasting notes :
A complex Pineau des Charentes.
A fine, intense nose of raspberry and cherry.
Round and harmonious on the palate. Opens with notes of red fruit (strawberry, morello cherry). The rancio gradually reveals itself, accompanied by notes of vanilla and prune.
A very long finish that leaves an impression of fullness and delicacy.
To enjoy as an aperitif or with a chocolate or dried fruit dessert.
Grape varieties : Merlot and cabernet franc.
Aged for over 12 years in French oak barrels.
