Palate : complex and balanced with notes of candied fruit, dried fruit, cinnamon and vanilla with a hint of rancio.
Finish : long and refined with a hint of sweet notes.
Cru : Grande Champagne, 1st in the Cognac AOC. Clay-limestone terroir.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Ageing : minimum 27 years old in French oak cask.
