Tasting notes :
Nose : rich and buttery with notes of nut, almond, marzipan and dried fruit.
Palate : powerful with vanilla, nut and spicy notes.
Finish : long with spicy tones and saffron.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Terroir : clay-limestone soil.
Ageing : in old French oak barrels.
Enjoy neat or on ice with foie gras for dinner and a tarte tatin for dessert.
