Colour: Orange-yellow tint with hints of dried apricot.

Nose: Fruity notes of prune and quince paste, combined with a spicy woodiness explode on the first nose. The second nose reveals a delicate half-tone rancio and vanilla bean aromas which blend perfectly with the fruit and barrel aromas after a long stay in the cellar.

Palate: A very smooth attack, followed by a fullness of flavour that overwhelms the taste buds with its aromatic richness. The finish lingers voluptuously, leaving you with only one desire: to drink it again. This Petite Champagne is a real "coup de coeur" that we can only recommend to the most demanding consumers.
