Tasting notes :
Colour : copper gold.
Nose : notes of pear and peach evolving towards toasted almond and cinnamon.
Palate : fresh and well-balanced. Aromas of fruit with white flesh and honey, lingering onto vanilla.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Crus : Bons Bois and Petite Champagne.
Ageing : 3 years old in French oak barrels.
