Tasting notes :
Colour : slightly amber.
Nose : fruity and refined with notes of almond and plum.
Palate : good attack, smooth and delicate.
Finish : long.
To be enjoyed at the end of a meal.
Crus : Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne.
Ageing : a blend of 15 years old eaux-de-vie, aged for 12 to 14 months in new 350 liters French oak barrels, then in 550 or 600 liters tierçons.
