Tasting notes :
Colour : golden amber.
Nose : subtle floral notes, sometimes honeysuckle, sometimes violet
Palate : good attack, lively, where we find the hay and the violet. Fat but net in the mouth. Spicy with notes of liquorice.
Finish : good without aggressivity.
Cru : Petite Champagne. Clay-limestone soil.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : 7 years old in French oak barrels.
To be served at aperitif or in cocktail.
