A Grande Champagne Cognac matured in the estate's cellars, to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the House, founded in 1872.
It has the particularity of having been aged in barrels made from hundred-year-old oak trees from the "La Péraudière" estate, selected for the finesse of their grain.
Tasting notes :
Deep amber colour
A complex nose combining aromas of vanilla, toasted hazelnut and sandalwood
On the palate, a frank attack giving way to the subtlety and finesse of Grande Champagne underlined by notes of vanilla, prune, dried apricot and violet.
To be enjoyed at the end of a meal
