Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : Beautiful gold with a bronze tint.
Nose : Initial attack with a hint of alcohol combined with aromas of white flowers (acacia). A hint of liquorice/orange.
Beautiful balance and finesse.
Palate : Nice attack, naturally sweet. Beautiful finesse and structure from predominantly limestone terroirs. The same aromas as on the nose are combined with notes of tea.
A fine Fins Bois Cognac, typical of the appellation's best production areas.
