Nearly a century later, we've chosen to pay tribute to Jean Burnez, Stéphane's Burnez grandfather, by relaunching a Cognac for Cocktail.
Designed specifically for cocktails, selected during tastings in a Cognac cocktail bar, this Folle Blanche 2018 was the ideal choice because of its aromatic character.
Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : Bright white gold.
Nose : Fresh, precise and elegant bouquet with notes of peach, white-fleshed fruit almond and white flowers (rosehip).
Palate : An aromatic harmony on the palate, balanced with the nose. Flowery honey mingles with a note of finely combined wood. A long, precise and elegant.
Number of bottles available : 780 bottles.
Ageing : Aged in French oak barrels since 2018. The alcohol content has been gradually reduced over the months.
Our cellars in Gimeux offer ideal environmental conditions. The Cognac benefit from great ageing potential thanks to the natural humidity provided by the adjacent river.
This Cognac was created as a base for cocktails.
