Cognac Prunier Vintage 1974 Fins Bois

Tasting notes :

Colour : Bright gold-brown, with lovely coppery tones.

Nose : A dense bouquet of rancio, walnut, hazelnut and wax notes, balanced by fine tannins resulting from ageing.

Palate : Powerful and complex with a natural roundness. Beautiful expression of tannins combined with aromas of nutmeg and liquorice.

A fine Fins Bois Cognac from a rather difficult and cold vintage.
