Tasting notes :
Colour : Bright gold-brown.
Nose : Magnificent bouquet, combining finesse and subtlety, with floral, fruity and undergrowth notes. Very well-balanced.
Palate : Ample and supple, revealing notes of leather and light tobacco. Very precise, fine and complex, with a fine structure and great length.
A fine Borderies Cognac, typical of its terroir and representative of the 1977 vintage, which was quite structured.
